Valentino Macanes, is a Professor of the National University of Benguet (BSU). This handbook explains the processing of coffee after harvest. The handbook contains clear explanations with photos. Partnered with with the Japanese non-profit organization "Moyai Net for Peace and Environment" to help flourish the arabica coffee in the Cordillera region. Produced as part of a quality improvement project (funded by the Japan International Cooperation Foundation).
